Booking, Cancellation, & Refund Policies

Bookings:

• Discovery sessions can be booked up to 30 days in advance. 

• Coaching sessions can be booked up to 45 days in advance.

• Education sessions for individuals can be booked up to 90 days in advance.

• Bookings can be made no later than 18 hours in advance.

Cancellations:

Cancellations will not incur a cancellation fee where the following notice is provided;

• Coaching session - 8 hours.

• Education attendance - 7 days. *Attendance may be transferred for someone else to attend.

• Organisational cancellations of education workshops - as per contract.

• Failure to comply with these policies will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Refunds:

• You won't get results from one (1) coaching/mentoring session. Therefore a refund is available after three (3) sessions for any unused package portion as outlined in the coaching/mentoring contract. 

• Refunds will be provided where notice has been given as per our cancellation policy.
