Booking, Cancellation, & Refund Policies
Bookings:

Discovery sessions can be booked up to 30 days in advance.

Coaching sessions can be booked up to 45 days in advance.

Education sessions for individuals can be booked up to 90 days in advance.

Bookings can be made no later than 18 hours in advance.
Cancellations:
Cancellations will not incur a cancellation fee where the following notice is provided;

Coaching session - 8 hours.

Education attendance - 7 days. *Attendance may be transferred for someone else to attend.

Organisational cancellations of education workshops - as per contract.

Failure to comply with these policies will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Refunds:

You won't get results from one (1) coaching/mentoring session. Therefore a refund is available after three (3) sessions for any unused package portion as outlined in the coaching/mentoring contract.

Refunds will be provided where notice has been given as per our cancellation policy.

Focus Education and Coaching predominantly work with health and aged care professionals, with most clients being Registered Nurses, Care Managers, General Managers/Facility Managers or Regional Managers, for this reason, we are confident that we can provide you with the service you need to achieve success.
